Services We offer only online sale of good rattan quality designs, well treated and long lasting duration products to meet UK standards.

Price: The current price for each part of the Services is shown on our Web-site and will be clearly indicated before you conclude the agreement for the relevant Services you choose to receive. Goods may be paid for by secure credit or debit card transaction or BACS only. There are no extra charges for credit card payments. Errors and omissions are expected. Orders will be processed at our published prices; otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Payment: Goods may be paid for by entering personal details together with your card information on the secure online merchant account provided by NOCHEX or paying directly by BACS.

Delivery: Delivery is FREE in England and Wales mainland for orders of £500 or more or where otherwise stated. Cushions and its fabric are most times designed and produced when order is requested. The inclusion of bed mattress usually incurs additional charges. Delivery time is usually between two to ten weeks from date of order, but when high demand occurs on any particular item at any time of receiving the order, the customer shall be contacted and informed of the estimated supply date if different from the time stipulated above, and of-course our customers are usually compensated with our courtesy gifts. If an initial time to delivery is quoted on the order acknowledgement, this will be our best estimated time and will not form a contract.

Returns: Return of Goods If you are not satisfied with the items delivered please inform us within 7 days of your receipt of the goods, we will arrange to collect and full refund will be given excluding delivery charges as this is contracted out to a third party transport company. We will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and this must be notified within 7 days of the customer’s receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.
